But in order to provide our clients with the very best service and choice of candidates we are always looking to expand this. ClearCube understands that many of the best people in the marketplace are not actively looking and so we might not be aware of them

If you refer someone to us, who we go on to place in a position, we will pay you a referral fee by way of a thank you This can be donated to a charity of your choice or simply taken in cash.

Your friend’s CV must be received within 2 weeks of the recommendation

ClearCube will only pay a referral fee if we do not already hold a CV of the job seeker on our internal database

If you know of anyone on the market who may be suitable for one of our positions get in touch

Your recommended friend will receive an email from ClearCube stating that they have been recommended and requesting a copy of their CV

A CV must be received within 2 weeks of the recommendation to qualify for the referral fee

ClearCube will approach them in a professional manner, without mentioning your name. The chances are we will have spoken to them before anyway. If we are given the requirement to work on, and we go on to fill the position, we will pay a referral fee of £250

This offer is still valid even if ClearCube know the hiring manager already.

The only time we cannot pay a referral fee is if we are already actively working on the same vacancy
