ClearCube continually evaluate performance

Each of ClearCube’s accounts receive a monthly report outlining which vacancies we have worked on, how many CV’s we sent, how many interviews, placements, etc

We pick out learning points and areas for improvement, and use the whole exercise to strengthen our relationships with our clients.

Here’s some statistics gathered from all of ClearCube’s key clients in 2009

Staff retention - 97% of candidates placed into permanent roles by ClearCube were still in those roles 1 year later.

CV’s to Interviews- In 2009 ClearCube averaged 1.6 CVs per interview. Or put another way, for each 8 CVs sent, we secured 5 interviews.
