As our client, you have the right to expect a professional, honest and respectful service from us. After all you pay our invoices!
Likewise, ClearCube expects certain standards from our clients so that in return we can provide a good service to the candidates that we represent.
Standards of Service
ClearCube Consulting will:
- Always treat you with respect, courtesy and good manners.
- Not hide our telephone number – we are proud of who we are and have nothing to hide.
- Never alter or manipulate a CV (other than to remove a candidate’s contact details) before sending it to you. What you see is what the candidate has produced.Every time.
- Never send CVs without discussing a specific job with the candidate and obtaining their permission.
- Always brief candidates prior to interview on the role and the hiring company.
- Always take detailed feedback from candidates after interview and convey this to our client.
- Always keep in touch with placed candidates to make sure they are settling in to their new roles
- Never head-hunt a candidate out of your company whom we have placed there to begin with.
ClearCube Consulting expects:
- Provide detailed job descriptions – preferably face to face with one of our consultants.
- Provide prompt feedback on CVs within a reasonable timeframe.
- Inform us immediately if a live requirement is filled or withdrawn for any reason.
- Provide feedback on any interview within 48 hours so that we can pass this on to the candidate.
- Be honest with us, and if we do a good job tell other people about us.
If you feel you have not received a satisfactory service from ClearCube then we want to hear about it. Please call the office and ask to speak to a Director. Alternatively email us on info@clearcubeconsulting.com and a Director will respond within 48 hours.
